People who choose to participate in our training will want to use facilitation as a way to assist others to be part of their community, reclaim their citizenship and learn how they too can contribute to their communities.
Our training provides information, practice and process for relationship building and social support, participation and contribution, community development and citizenship. Based on a proven foundation of values and principles, this training links research and practical experience to provide a meaningful and exciting opportunity for the participants. There are three main components of our training approach: values and principles, knowledge and research, and skills and practice.
